Our 6 Week Transformation Challenge kicks off with a 1:1 consultation and goal setting meeting, followed by a 1:1 nutrition meeting with our Head Coach.

In these meetings we’ll nail down exactly what you want to get out of the programme, whether it’s weight loss, muscle building, general fitness or you’re preparing for a competition. We tailor the programme to ensure you get the result that’s important to you.
